Dr.Ravinder Kumar: Founder and Partner of Ravi Enterprises. His strong entrepreneurial qualities prompted him to start the company in 1984. Also having an Engineering Degree helped him to use his analytical skills in developing the business in an organized way.

He went to US in 1985 and earned two Master Degrees during his stay in the US, one in Electrical Engineering and second one in Mathematics. He returned to India in 1991 to take over the management of Ravi Enterprises which was not doing very great at that time. His exposure to the western world proved to be a blessing as he understood running a business better. He re-organized the structure of operations and introduced computers in day-to-day operations. The New structure proved to be very effective.

He formulated business ethics to be followed by every one in the organization. This made the operation more transparent which developed a better understanding among the employer, employees and the consumers.

He served as an honorary Secretary to All India LPG Dealers Federation (Karnataka Circle) for over three years and edited a monthly magazine of AILDF(KC) for over five years. He also participated in several National and State level LPG forums and guided the co-dealers in understanding the trade better.

He earned his doctorate in 2009 from Indian Institute of Science, a premiere research institute in Bangalore, India, in the field of Solar Energy Applications and is actively involved in the research of solar energy used for rural electrification and desalination.

Mr.Muralidhar R: Partner of Ravi Enterprises. He is a retired defense personnel having served in Indian Air Force for 15 years. He has brought to the organization his rich experience in dealing with people of diverse nature & culture. He instilled discipline & dedication, which are the two inherent characteristic of any defense personnel.

His Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University added to a better understanding of the business methodologies.

Mrs. Vasantha: New Partner of Ravi Enterprises. She was a Proprietrix of Ravi Agencies, a sister concern of Ravi Enterprises, that was involved in selling LPG allied products such as Hot Plates, Rubber Hoses, Lighters, Aprons, and trolleys. It was also providing mechanic services to the LPG customers of Ravi Enterprises. Due to the new policies of HPCL, Ravi Agencies had to be shut down as the sale of allied products had to be done only through Ravi Enterprises. She has been taking care of accounts of Ravi Enterprises for over two decades and hence brings in rich experience to the firm.

Her exclusive responsibilities include maintain proper accounts, track commercial sales, and organize all relevent documents.

Mr.Manoj Reddy: New Partner of Ravi Enterprises. He is a fresh graduate from college, graduated with a diploma in Automobile Engineering. He had been helping the business for the past several years in logistics area, and the computer operations. He has extensive knowledge in Computer hardware and software that helps in keeping the computers in running condition all the time. The firm is looking for new and fresh ideas from him to improve sales and growth of the firm.

His exclusive responsibilities include computer maintenance, increase commercial sales, and business expansion.
